Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. In order to process your transaction efficiently, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to issue a refund or store credit (less shipping and handling). Refunds and returns are dependent upon safe return of the item's within 14 days and exclude any seasonal items. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. Please allow an additional 7-14 days for your refund to be applied to your credit card. Returned items can be exchanged for anything available on our website. Any items returned after 30 days are not acceptable, and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Once the package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees on the estimated delivery time and or delays caused by the shipping carrier. Dulcet Couture does not offer shipping insurance but if you feel the need to please email us after your order is complete. We will be more than happy to insurance your package with an additional charge of $3.00.
All purchases of sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, seasonal and closeout items are final. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or worn cannot be accepted for refund or exchanged for any other item's. Due to their seasonal nature, all purchases of Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day merchandise are final and may not be returned for a refund. Orders for Halloween, Valentine's Day or Christmas merchandise cannot be cancelled and/or modified once your order has been processed.
Note: DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY LINGERIE, HOSIERY OR INTIMATE APPAREL ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Sales Tax
All orders delivered to California will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
Cancellations
No changes can be made to your order once it has been placed. You may not cancel, and/or modify your order once it has been submitted.
